𝐙𝐒𝐂𝐌𝐒𝐓 𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐬 𝐌𝐚'𝐚𝐦 𝐌𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐳𝐚 𝐚𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫

The Zamboanga State College of Marine Science and Technology (ZSCMST) welcomed April Rose B. Mendoza, OIC Dean of the College of Fisheries, University of Antique–Tario Lim Memorial Campus, as one of the external evaluators for the institution’s Annual In-House Research Review held from November 12–14, 2025 in Zamboanga City.

The invitation, formally endorsed by ZSCMST College President Dr. Roy L. Valesco, recognizes Ma'am Mendoza’s expertise in fisheries research, academic leadership, and her contributions to advancing research standards in higher education institutions.

As an external reviewer, she joined a panel tasked with providing objective evaluations, constructive feedback, and guidance to ensure that the studies presented by faculty and students uphold high standards of research integrity, methodological rigor, and publication potential.

The Annual In-House Research Review is a continuing commitment to fostering a strong research culture aligned with institutional and national priorities.

Further, through collaborations with external experts, the College aims to strengthen research relevance, quality, and innovation across its academic programs.
