𝐂𝐎𝐅 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞

The College of Fisheries under the Fish 15 - Special Problem course of the Bachelor of Science in Fisheries Program officially concluded its Thesis Defense for graduating students at the Fisheries Training Center, June 24-25, 2024.

Sixteen (16) completed research papers on different areas of fisheries (Aquaculture, Fish Processing, and Capture Fisheries were presented individually and in groups by the fourth year student-researchers.

"I am very happy that all groups have successfully completed their thesis and were able to present it today, despite the busy schedule. I commend everyone for their hard work and dedication, and I also extend my gratitude to all my fellow advises for guiding and assisting the students throughout the study. " Keith Andrei V. Castillo expressed, one of the advisers and panelists.

Furthermore, the presenters will receive awards such as 'Best Research Paper', 'Best Research Presenter', Best Research Presentation', and 'Best Oral Presenter' which is yet to be announced by the college.

"Finally, all the sleepless night, personal and mental challenges, kag mga problema along the process of conducting the study, it was all worth it. I couldn't thank my advisers enough, especially sir Alvin for the patience, my family who are always there to help, all my friends especially JM, Rhea and Anak ni Hagorn for the emotional and moral support, and of course, God for guiding me all throughout. THESIS DEFENDED it is." Theanny Kaye Fabila Alonzo said, one of the presenters.
