In celebration of Guidance and Mental Health Week, the University of Antique-Tario-Lim Memorial Campus launched Revitalized and Recharge: Essential Self-Care for Faculty and Staff with the theme Building a Resilient UA Community through Deliberate Self-Care Practices and Essentials. The event aimed to foster resilience and promote well-being among university personnel.
This morning, Mr. Benjie M. Requintina, Senior Labor and Labor Employment Officer from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) - Antique Field Office, took center stage to discuss the Anti-Sexual Harassment and Safe Spaces Act. His talk emphasized creating a safe and supportive environment for all faculty and staff, shedding light on important legal protections and best practices for a harassment-free workplace.
The week-long event includes various workshops and seminars dedicated to empowering staff to prioritize self-care and mental well-being.
